Yes, the 5.9 magnitude earthquake has many MANY buildings being checked for structural integrity. Yes, many people lost a half day of work because it was safer to send them home. Yes, it was bad … but once the TwitterSphere realized that things were basically okay, the gloves came off and almost everyone let their closet comedian out – perhaps as therapy. (I have not, but I will blog about it instead.) And thanks to the brave men and women at the Huffington Post who hid under their desks and captured some of the best tweets, I can share them with you.
