In a limited beta today, the Google+ project adds several new layers of community. Here’s a quick summary with more coming soon.
The features are designed for both ad hoc and long-term communities, mobile and (is there a non-mobile anymore?) and really does appear to fill a need – if it works as advertised.
Will this give Google Analytics a leg up from its competitors? Will companies merge the Google Analytics personal data with the Facebook social graph to perform deep analytics to shed light on your (and my) values, opinions and attitudes PLUS how we interact with content?
I broke down the major features in my MediaBullseye column this week, but I still wonder about that new set of measurements. (Note: They added the +1 data to Google Analytics this week).
